Rosie is a country girl at heart – at home among the hedgerows and rolling green fields of Devon. For a day out in town, she chooses a smart hand-woven skirt and hand-knitted twin–set with matching hat – all made from organically grown, naturally dyed Wensleydale wool produced on her family’s farm. Notice the wool stockings and felt boots complete the look. Wensleydale sheep are an ancient English breed highly prized for their long silky fleece. We use Wensleydale wool grown and produced by Ford Barton in Devon because we love its quality and wonderful natural colours derived from plants found on the farm.
